Dr.Maciej Bernatt is the Director of the Center for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, and a head of the Department of European Economic Law. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies and the co-director of the Eastern Europe Chapter of ASCOLA. Professor Bernatt is the author of many specialized articles on economic law, European Competition, and constitutional law. He has recently published a book entitled “Populism and Antitrust. The Illiberal Influence of Populist Government on the Competition Law System” (Cambridge University Press, 2022). We will discuss this book and other topics related to it.
